By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
These terms apply to the public website. Separate terms may apply to game services, account services or donations when they become available.
2. Website status
KHAN Online is in development. Features, content, rankings, downloads and account services may be changed, suspended or removed without notice.
Nothing on this website is a promise that a feature, platform or release date will be delivered.
3. Accounts
Registration is not open yet. When account services launch, you will be responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.
Do not share your password or one-time codes with anyone. Project staff will never ask for them.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems, scrape the site at a harmful rate, or use the site for unlawful activity.
Do not impersonate the project team or misrepresent an unofficial service as an official KHAN Online channel.
5. Intellectual property
The KHAN Online name, logo, website design and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Original KHAN game content and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. This website does not grant a licence to reuse third-party material.
6. Donations
Donations are not active. Any future donations will be voluntary and subject to a separate donation policy that explains what the funds support and how payments are processed.
7. Availability and liability
The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, the project is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the project develops. The latest version will be published on this page with a new review date.
These terms will be reviewed before registration or donations open.
